Installation


1) Copy the file "R3DX.RB" to your sketchup plugins folder   (see below)

2) Create a subfolder "R3D" in your sketchup plugins folder

3) Copy the files "R3DEX.RB" and "R3DScripts.RB" into the R3D sub-folder

4) Start Sketchup and go to the Windows / Preferences menu.

5) Select Extensions on the left and make sure the "Rail3d plugin" option is ticked (checked)

6) There should now be a "Rail3D" menu option under the Extensions Menu with a sub-item : "Rail3D Exporter"

 

Sketchup 2015

In Sketchup 2015 the Plugins folder is now in your user profile, eg C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\SketchUp\SketchUp 2015\SketchUp\Plugins
