Propel on Couple Bug

The "Propel on Couple" bug is a bug in the shunt code:  if a shunt has "Propel On Couple" ticked, after the loco couples to the stock, the stock poistion is shifted, and when the train moves, its movement is incorrect.

The Bug is fixed in version 110
